How to export work diary sheets to PDF and Excel in Safee

From the record keeper view you can download your drivers’ work diary sheets as either a PDF or an Excel file.

WHAT IS IN EACH FILE

The PDF starts with driver details, then the worksheets, then the base, record location and accreditation number, then the work and rest switch details in a table, and finally the annotations. The Excel file contains driver information, vehicle changes if any, work and rest information, two-up events, the fatigue management option log, and authorised officer annotations.

STEP BY STEP

Go to the dates filter and choose your start and end date.
Press Download PDF for a PDF, or Download CSV for an Excel file.
Open the downloaded file.
