How to navigate the Safee app

A tour of the Safee screen so you can find any record or action quickly. Every shape and button on the screen is pressable and will display its information.

THE DAYS BAR

Shows the 28 days you must have with you while driving. Press any day to move the timeline to it. To return to today, swipe left to the last date and press it, or press the centre button to bring the current time to the middle of the screen.

THE ACTIONS BAR

Call support, open Compliance View to hand to an officer, open the Activity Monitor, open the record tables for your bases, vehicles, record keepers, accreditations and WWD to EWD register, and open the work diary settings behind the gear icon — where you set your time zone, driving mode, and fatigue management option for NHVR, Western Australia or bus rules.

THE MAIN MENU

Your personal information, account management including subscription, your driver profile with licence details and phone number, the support number under Contact Us, and the Video User Manual. If you are moving from another provider, use Import data from another provider and enter your driver UDI to transfer your last 28 days.

THE TIMELINE

A grey line is rest and a yellow line is work. The quick monitor shows accumulated work and rest for the current 24-hour period. While work is in progress a countdown to your next rest appears — press it to see the time remaining, the exact time the rest must start, and its minimum duration.

THE ACTION BUTTON

Groups the frequent actions: work and rest switch, creating a comment, reviewing your timeline before submitting, the pending submissions list, switching between day and night mode, emailing worksheets, favourite locations setup, and forms creation.
