First and foremost, Safee doesn't track your location whereabouts and entries. It's your responsibility to feed it with the actual data of your work and rest times and locations.

NHVR doesn't have readily access to your data, and don't ask for them, unless in the extreme case of an investigation.

Interception officers can have a look at your electronic logbook records when they intercept you, on your device, via a special standard screen. They're not allowed to wander in your Safee app.

Your record keeper that you assign has access to your data in a live manner from their desktop computers, until you revoke that access if your record keeper changed.
