How to choose your location detail in Safee

Drivers work across a wide range of industries and log locations differently. Flexible Location Pick lets you choose how much address detail to record, without going below the minimum the regulation requires — suburb, state and post code.

STEP BY STEP

Make the switch as usual. The app suggests a location automatically.
Tap the Location field, or select your location from the map.
The address is broken into four parts: street number, street name, suburb, and state and post code.
Include the level of detail you want to log.
Press Confirm location, then confirm the switch.

RELATED GUIDES

If you do not press Confirm location, the app reminds you before letting you proceed. If your device GPS has not fetched the right location, or you are out of coverage, you can type the location manually — describe it as well as you can so it is recognisable to your record keepers and to authorities.
